Active After School Program

Don't wait in long pick-up lines at school, or rely on unpredictable bus transportation.  We provide safe, reliable pick-up from school and offer fun, social activities to keep them active and busy while here. 

After School is an opportunity to relax and have fun, socialize and interact, away from the pressures of school. It's a safe space to develop social skills, learn teamwork, and gain confidence under the watchful eye of our well-trained staff.

Children have the opportunity to participate in leagues such as flag football, basketball, gym hockey, wiffleball, and soccer, nail-biting tournaments, dodgeball, tchoukball, pickelball, laser tag, clubs such as the cooking, running, or art club, and special events throughout the school year, seasonal celebrations, etc.

Membership to the Langford Farms Club is not required.to enroll in the program.

A Typical Afternoon

We provide a structured schedule with diverse daily activities throughout the week. Indoor spaces include the gym, rec room, craft room, game room, STEM room, and multi-purpose room.  Outdoor spaces include playgrounds and sports fields for our playing pleasure.

Mt Juliet Elementary

WA Wright Elementary

Additional school pick-ups may be added throughout the school year.

The program serves children in kindergarten through 5th grade.

We offer both full-time and partial week enrollment for parents working from home.

Enrollment is on-going throughout the year as long as space is available.

 One Time New Family Registration Fee:  $50 

Tuition

Weekly:  $95

3 days MWF:  $75 (space permitting)

2 days T/Th:  $60 (space permitting)

10% sibling discount

Tuition is based on enrollment not attendance.

Tuition is charged for every day/week that school is in session and we are open.  

After School Hours: Child pick-up by 6:00pm

Schedule:           We follow the Wilson County          calendar for school breaks and holidays.

Billing:   Every Monday through auto-payment

Full Day Camps:  Available for fall, winter and spring breaks, scheduled days off, and weather closures when possible

School Break Camps:    $175/week, $40/day

 Hours:                                7:00am - 6:00pm   

   Please be sure to notify us if your child will not be getting picked up from school on any day they are scheduled to attend. Our drivers will stop and check with the school to confirm we are not leaving a child behind, which can cause a schedule delay. There is a $5/occurance charge if we are not notified.  

• Our groups are age-appropriate with activities selected for their physical and emotional capabilities.

• Our cleaning standards are high and all areas in the program are cleaned daily. 

• For the children and staff, we have multiple areas for hand washing and additional sanitizing stations throughout the program area.  

• We emphasize indoor and outdoor activities to get fresh air and exercise

• All programming is done under the watchful eye of our experienced staff.
