SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS
Enroll for the weeks you need. If changes are necessary, notify the club as soon as possible. Weeks may be added if space is available. Deposits may be transferred to another week if space is available. Cancellations and transfers must be made with at least 2 weeks' advance notice or payment is still due. Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance. There are no "make-up" days for missed days.
Absences, Late Arrivals, Early Dismissals
Please notify the camp office if your camper will be absent, late (after 9:00am) or leaving early (before 4:00pm). It is beneficial to camp programming to know this information in advance.
AGES: Completed Grades K-8th Grade (divided into age-specific groups)
CAMP HOURS: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Extended Early/After Care: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM for an additional charge of $50.00 per week. A personal item may be used during early and after care only.
DROP-OFF/PICK-UP
Enter the camp through the bridge entrance to the left when entering the club parking lot. A parent or guardian must accompany campers to the lobby for sign-in/out. All names should be on the authorized drop-off/pick-up form. Please be prepared to show I.D.
WEEKLY Enrollment Only (no daily option)
Come for the summer or choose the weeks you'd like to attend. Full tuition is due if you come for 1 day or 5 days.
WHAT TO BRING
Water bottle, lunch, swimsuit and towel, bag to store items, change of clothing, sunscreen, goggles, hats, etc.
WHAT TO WEAR
Casual clothing that can get wet and dirty, tennis shoes are a must. All children should be able to change in and out of a swimsuit independently.
LUNCH OPTIONS AVAILABLE
Pizza Wednesday is a tradition and will be at no additional cost to campers. Pre-paid lunch options are available for $10 per day through the Langford Hub. Afternoon snack is provided, or bring your own (for those with allergies).
BRING A FRIEND
Refer a new camper and receive a referral credit. Friend requests (one per camper) can also be requested on the camp registration

Our youngest campers participate in a diverse range of fun activities designed to encourage discovery, creativity, and teamwork including arts and crafts, coordination building games and sports, and special events that build bonding and camp spirit, under watchful eyes of caring counselors
JUNIOR CAMP: UPPER (Completed 3rd-5th)
Explore new activities and fun challenges!
Activity based programming full of fun and challenging camp experiences including themed days and events that unite campers through friendship, bonding and teamwork. Campers can customize their experience through art and sports-based majors and minors.
SENIOR CAMP/TEEN CLUB:
(Completed 6th-8th)
Enjoy great activities with great friends!
Our Teen Club combines fun activities, pool-side social time, and favorite games and sports, with leadership building service projects. Most popular are the weekly field trips to local attractions, including paddle boarding, goat cuddling, bowling, mini golf and more.
STAFF EXPERIENCE
Well trained, mentored and supported, our college age and older counselors lead our camp groups and provide a safe environment, guidance and encouragement
AQUATICS
All groups have a daily free swim + special aquatic events and challenges throughout the summer
ADVENTURE
Our green acres are our play places for games like laser tag, capture the flag, scavenger hunts, slip-n-slides and more real adventures with our friends
ATHLETICS
Skill building, fast action, and good sportsmanship are all found here. Basketball, football, soccer, GaGa, newcomb, field hockey, tchoukball, wiffleball, volleyball, dodgeball, netball, tri-crosse and more for our sports-loving enthusiasts.
CREATIVE AND PERFORMING ARTS
Shifting gears, we add in arts, crafting, drama, dance, music and more to provide a creative balance to the days activities.
ELECTIVES
Our Majors and Minors are an opportunity for campers to choose areas and activities of interest, which will change each week.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Entertainment, water slides, special theme events and traditions like What, Wear,
When-sday provide campers the opportunity to participate in activities outside the norm.
OPTIONS THROUGH THE CLUB
There are additional opportunities to participate in swim and tennis lessons during the camp day, and Swim Team is available for our member campers. Check out our website, or contact the club for more info.
Deposits: (Non-Refundable unless due to a family emergency/management discretion): $50 deposit per week per camper for each week you register for camp. The deposit is applied to your weekly tuition balance due.
Deposits are non-refundable. You may cancel but must do it with at least a 2 week's notice, and not owe the balance. The deposit is forfeited.
Tuition includes:
Weekly Tuition: Member/Non-Member
Lower Junior Camp (K-2nd): $210/$230
Upper Junior Camp (3rd-5th: $240/$260
Teen Club (6th-8th): $270/$290
*Week 1 is pro-rated for shortened weeks due to Memorial Day week.
**Weekly tuition payment is billed automatically to your Authorized Payment Method in 4 equal bi-weekly payments (5/19, 6/3, 6/17, 7/1)
